Dr. Jeffrey Swanson and Dr. Olga Tezaguic
Dr. Swanson and Dr. Tezaguic opened Stratos DPC in 2021 with a dream. The freedom to practice medicine with clinical autonomy allowing them to focus on patient care completely rather than dealing with the usual oppressive administrative constraints found in a traditional practice. In addition, they wanted a clinic where patients have time to discuss all of their questions without the limitation of forced, abbreviated appointments. They wanted a place where patients would always get price transparency and receive the most value for any dollar spent on their healthcare. This has been accomplished through Stratos DPC ! However, after 30 years of caring for Families, they made a very difficult decision to retire from Family Medicine at the end of 2026, in order to enjoy more time with their families. Despite this development, they are both excited that Stratos DPC will continue now under the leadership and direction of Dr. Kent Russell, a loyal friend and highly-skilled Family Medicine Physician. Along with Nurse Becca, Stratos will continue on to new heights.
Dr. Kent Russell
Dr. Russell has been caring for patients of all age groups for more than 10 years. Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians, and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Debusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, Tennessee. He has been in leadership positions throughout his career. Dr. Russell combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion for every patient he sees. He believes in listening and taking the time to understand each person's concerns, needs, and individual circumstances.
