Dr. Jeffrey Swanson

Dr. Swanson has been a family medicine physician for more than 25 years, including his service as a Medical Officer in the U.S. Air Force. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth in 1996.

Dr. Olga Tezaguic

Dr. Tezaguic has been caring for patients of all age groups for more than 25 years. Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians, and earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth in 1996.

Dr. Nicole Storseth

Dr. Storseth has been caring for patients in Wichita Falls for decades. She has extensive experience and is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She graduated from McGovern Medical School at UTHealth in Houston, Texas in 2000. Dr. Storseth brings to Stratos DPC over 20 years of expertise and skill in primary care.
